'Thai court had denied bail for a Thai pro-democracy leader, Penguin Parit.

It was his 9th request and has been on a hunger strike for detained protestor's right to bail for 45 days now. He is now unable to move, and transfused with tissue, expected to be caused by stomach ulcers.
